Our new moniker is one of hope.
Teyvah Ministries is a production company with a defined goal and sense of self.
The Hebrew word “TEYVAH” is loosely based on the Egyptian word for sarcophagus…
At first glance this may seem a little morbid, but that casket served as a vessel to their version of the “afterlife”. In the Bible, Teyvah appears twice:
First, to describe the Ark that Noah built.
Second, to describe the “ark of bulrushes” that Moses was placed in as an infant to avoid the genocide of his people.
So, we want to embody what this “vessel of life” represents and seek to serve the LORD in all that we do. We want our videos, our studies, our every day work to connect others to LIFE.
But when she could no longer hide him, she got a basket made of papyrus reeds and waterproofed it with tar and pitch. She put the baby in the basket and laid it among the reeds along the bank of the Nile River.

I started this business under the assumption that I had a say in whether I was successful or not. That I was the one guiding my own ship; plotting my own course. And in that narrative, I was the only one holding myself back. As my worldview evolved, I grew to know the redemptive power of Jesus more fully. I realized my success is not my own. Like Jonah, I embarked on my own path only to wind up right where God intended, and now that I am more actively choosing Him, my path is set to succeed. Maybe not in my own definitions of success, but in HIS.
You see, I WAS the Villain, but now Jesus calls me Redeemed. (Isaiah 44:22)
We pray and hope that you choose grace and redemption too. We hope that you choose to be a vessel of LIFE.
